Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Support end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
Coordinate manpower requirements with HODs and ensure timely recruitment.
Maintain employee records, personal files, HR databases, attendance, leave, Time Office, and HRMS activities.
Support payroll inputs, monthly HR MIS, and manpower reports.
Handle employee engagement, welfare, retention, employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day employee relations.
Coordinate training and development programs and maintain training records.
Ensure implementation of HR policies, SOPs, service standards, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
Assist in performance management, employee feedback, manpower planning, and productivity initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
Eligibility:
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Degree/Diploma in HR or Hotel Management can also apply. Experience in HR Operations or Hospitality HR is preferred, while hotel/resort experience will be an added advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, documentation, coordination, and analytical skills are required. Knowledge of MS Office, HRMS, and Time Office is preferred. Candidates should have a positive, employee-focused approach and be willing to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
