We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our Global HR Services team and play a critical role in delivering compensation and benefits support across multiple geographies. In this role, you will partner with HR teams, business leaders, employees, and external vendors to ensure the efficient administration of compensation programs and employee benefits. You will be responsible for supporting key annual compensation processes, maintaining data accuracy within Workday, providing insightful reporting and analytics, and ensuring a high level of service delivery to stakeholders worldwide. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain global exposure while working on complex compensation programs, incentive plans, salary reviews, and benefits administration. You will collaborate with colleagues across regions, contribute to process improvements, and help drive operational excellence within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of global compensation processes such as Annual Salary Reviews (ASR), Short-Term Incentive (STI) programs, Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs, scorecards, and other compensation initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will administer compensation programs across multiple countries and regulatory environments while maintaining compliance with company policies and local requirements, as well as maintain, validate, and monitor compensation-related employee data in Workday to ensure integrity across HR systems. Additional duties involve generating standard and ad hoc compensation reports, analytics, and insights for global and regional stakeholders, coordinating regional and global employee benefits programs including vendor management, managing end-to-end compensation transactions through workflows such as ServiceNow, and upholding defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identify process improvement opportunities through root cause analysis, and effectively use digital tools and AI to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
