Accenture is hiring a Workday Reporting Analyst with experience in Workday HCM and reporting for its Bangalore or Mumbai location. Bangalore is the primary job location and Mumbai is the secondary location.
The selected candidate will work from the offered job location for a minimum period of one year. The role requires availability to provide support during US working hours on a fixed or rotational basis between 8:00 AM EST and 8:00 PM EST.
The professional will develop and manage Workday reports using Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports and Calculated Fields. The role requires strong knowledge of Workday HCM, advanced Microsoft Excel and HR reporting processes.
Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Workday Worksheets, Discovery Boards, PRISM, Slides, Dashboards, VBA, Power Query and Power BI will be beneficial.
Exposure to Workday Recruitment, Payroll, Learning Management System and Time and Attendance modules will also be preferred.
