Job Description:
NR Consulting is hiring a Senior Executive - HR & Administration to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Administration activities. The role requires handling employee lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting business and employee requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage offer rollouts
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
HR Operations:
• Manage employee onboarding and induction processes
• Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and HRIS updates
• Manage attendance and leave records
• Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and employee communications
• Support employee engagement initiatives, learning sessions, and performance management activities
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Administration:
• Manage office administration activities and daily operations
• Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, stationery, pantry, transport, courier, and office maintenance
• Monitor office assets and inventory
• Ensure workplace hygiene, safety, and discipline
• Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, and administrative requirements
• Support office events, employee engagement activities, and celebrations
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
• Experience in onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll inputs, and attendance management
• Knowledge of HRMS/ATS platforms
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good command over MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
• Experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition roles
• Experience in Staffing/IT Services industry preferred
Additional Requirements:
• Own Laptop is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
