Description:
MarutiNandan Manpower Business Solution is hiring a Senior Associate - HRBP for its Noida operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving employee engagement, employee relations, internal communication, HR processes, and stakeholder management while supporting cross-functional HR and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and implement internal communication and employee engagement programs.
Handle employee communication, focus groups, and leadership interaction sessions.
Drive employee engagement surveys, employee events, and recognition programs.
Address employee concerns and develop action plans for timely resolution.
Support Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, L&D, and cross-functional teams.
Handle employee counselling, Performance Improvement Plans, and disciplinary proceedings.
Prepare HR and business reports as required.
Eligibility:
Minimum 3 years of relevant Core HRBP experience.
Candidates must have experience in Corporate Office or BPO/ITES industry only.
Strong understanding of Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.
Knowledge of Attrition, Shrinkage, and WFM.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Postgraduate qualification in Mass Communication, Mass Media, Public Relations, HR, or related field.
