Denken Solutions, Inc. is hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to join its growing US IT Staffing team. The position is available at the Hyderabad and Guntur offices and requires candidates to work on-site. This is a full-time opportunity supporting direct client recruitment requirements across IT and Engineering domains.
Denken Solutions operates in the staffing and recruiting sector and provides staffing services across IT, Engineering and Healthcare, along with SAP solutions and digital transformation services. The organization has approximately 501–1,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities
The selected professional will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT and Engineering positions. Responsibilities will include understanding job requirements, sourcing suitable professionals, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating compensation and supporting onboarding activities.
The recruiter will source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, job boards, social media, professional networks and other relevant sourcing platforms.
The role requires building and maintaining strong pipelines of W2 candidates for contract and full-time opportunities. The selected candidate will evaluate applicants based on their technical skills, professional experience, communication abilities and cultural suitability for the client organization.
The Technical Recruiter will coordinate interview rounds between candidates and client teams, support compensation negotiations and assist selected professionals throughout the onboarding process.
The selected candidate will maintain recruitment activities, candidate information and hiring records within applicant tracking systems. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, account managers and direct clients to ensure timely and high-quality candidate submissions.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must have 2–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing or technical and non-technical recruitment. Proven experience supporting direct clients is required.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of W2 hiring and US staffing processes. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed and advanced sourcing methods is required.
Experience recruiting professionals for the IT, Automotive, Manufacturing or Medical Device sectors will be highly preferred.
Applicants should possess excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills. The role requires the ability to understand client requirements, build candidate relationships and manage multiple recruitment assignments effectively.
Preferred Skills
Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, Oorwin or JobDiva will be preferred. Candidates should possess strong Boolean search expertise and knowledge of W2, C2C and 1099 employment models.
The recruiter should be capable of identifying passive candidates and developing long-term talent pipelines for current and future client hiring requirements.
