Job Description
Aptino, Inc. is hiring enthusiastic and driven freshers for the position of US IT Recruiter at its Viman Nagar, Pune office. This is a work-from-office opportunity with five open positions. The selected candidates will work in the US shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
The position is suitable for candidates who have completed an internship in US IT Recruitment and want to build their careers in the US Staffing industry. Internship experience in US IT Recruitment is mandatory.
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluent English communication. Applicants should have a basic understanding of US tax terms such as W2, C2C and 1099.
The role also requires basic knowledge of US work visas, including H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, EAD and TN. Candidates should understand US time zones and be familiar with US job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn.
Applicants should have knowledge of Boolean search, candidate sourcing techniques, resume screening and candidate coordination. They must also be willing to work during the US shift.
Key Responsibilities
The selected recruiter will source and screen IT professionals for US-based clients. The candidate will understand client requirements and identify suitable professionals according to the technical and business needs of each position.
The recruiter will use job portals, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates. Responsibilities will include screening resumes, communicating with applicants and coordinating interview rounds.
The selected candidate will maintain candidate pipelines and support the complete US recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and follow-up.
The organization will provide structured training and mentorship, exposure to end-to-end US IT Recruitment, career growth opportunities within the US Staffing domain and a collaborative professional work environment.
The selection process will include one face-to-face interview.
