West Avenue Realty is hiring an HR Intern for its office in Vile Parle, Mumbai. The company is a fast-growing luxury real estate developer focused on thoughtful design, financial excellence and an uncompromising commitment to quality. The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience across the complete employee lifecycle. The selected candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing assistance, interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and hiring teams.
The role includes assisting with employee onboarding, joining formalities and maintaining employee documentation. The intern will also support employee engagement initiatives, HR activities and day-to-day people-related processes.
The candidate will contribute to HR policies, statutory compliance requirements and the development of structured people processes. Additional responsibilities include supporting routine HR operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the Human Resources department.
Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business or a related field can apply. Candidates should have strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills. A high level of integrity and professionalism is required.
Applicants should be proficient in MS Office and willing to learn new HR tools and processes. This is a full-time, in-person internship based in Vile Parle, Mumbai. The internship duration will be three to six months, with the possibility of an extension.
