Hiring: Senior Payroll Specialist
Location: Malviya Nagar, South Delhi
Work Mode: Work from Office
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Experience: 3+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including attendance, leave inputs, salary computation, and disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and Gratuity.
• Maintain payroll records, employee master data, and salary structures.
• Generate payroll MIS, reconciliations, variance reports, and management reports.
• Resolve employee payroll queries and coordinate with HR & Finance teams.
• Process Full & Final Settlements, reimbursements, bonuses, and incentive payouts.
• Coordinate with statutory consultants and auditors for timely compliance and return filings.
• Ensure timely issuance of payslips, Form 16, and other payroll-related documents.
• Support internal and statutory payroll audits with accurate documentation.
Candidate Profile:
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other payroll regulations.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll Software and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA (HR)/HR specialization preferred.
