We're Hiring: HR Manager / HR Executive
Location:
Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Experience Required:
2 to 4 Years
Working Days & Schedule:
- Working Days: Wednesday to Monday
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
About the Role:
Looking for a proactive and responsible HR professional with strong recruitment, employee management, and HR operations skills who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with management.
- Prepare offer letters, joining documents, and other HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
- Maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and confidential employee files.
- Coordinate salary-related information with management and accounts.
- Support performance reviews, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage resignation formalities, exit interviews, and employee clearances.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining proper HR processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and employee-management abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with management.
