Job Description
Position: HR & IR Manager
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹18 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Develop recruitment strategies for technical, non-technical, and shopfloor roles and forecast manpower requirements with department heads.
Design and manage structured onboarding and induction programs for plant employees.
Oversee payroll processing, statutory deductions, PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
Manage blue-collar and contract workforce, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Handle union negotiations and maintain harmonious industrial relations.
Liaise with labour authorities during inspections and disputes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Manage government inspections, audits, and approvals.
Oversee canteen operations, vendors, service contracts, infrastructure, and facility management.
Drive employee welfare, engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
Implement performance management systems and KPIs and coordinate training and development programs.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and ensure smooth employee clearance and exit documentation.
Eligibility:
8–12 years of HR experience with strong manufacturing/industrial exposure.
Strong expertise in Industrial Relations, Payroll, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance.
Hands-on experience managing blue-collar/shopfloor workforce.
Experience in administration, canteen, vendor, and facility management.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
