Regeneron uses science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. The company is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator India as a Contingent Worker to support the business and Human Resources function in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
The selected candidate will help establish people-centric Human Resources practices that are driven by business strategy. The role will provide administrative, operational and tactical support across important stages of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, absence management, employee benefits, learning and development and total rewards.
The Senior HR Coordinator will collaborate with employees, managers, Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Operations and Technology and other General and Administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the execution of Human Resources practices, organizational policies and related procedures.
Participate in developing Human Resources objectives and systems, including metrics, employee queries and ongoing reports required by the company.
Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Manage operational activities related to employee onboarding, new-hire orientation and exit interviews.
Complete HRIS data entry and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide Human Resources advisory support to employees regarding absence and health-related matters.
Support the Post Offer Follow Up process for candidates who have received employment offers.
Collect documents from new employees and facilitate their payroll onboarding.
Monitor probationary periods for new employees.
Work with the Human Resources Business Partner to ensure that managers complete probation evaluations within the required timelines.
Maintain employee attendance reports.
Provide support for the internship process.
Support the Total Rewards and Benefits team with employee benefit onboarding and offboarding activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding Human Resources systems, benefits and organizational policies.
Ensure complete and reliable employee record management and proper filing of all documentation.
Perform other duties or projects assigned by the Human Resources Business Partner.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
Applicants should have a minimum of 13 years of related experience with proven success working in a Human Resources department.
Candidates should possess good working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems, preferably Workday.
Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment is required.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish rapport with colleagues at all organizational levels and across different functions are necessary.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with strong ethics and cultural awareness.
The role requires a resourceful approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based software, are required.
Candidates should be capable of applying judgment, organizational policies and established practices to determine appropriate solutions while working under supervision.
The selected candidate should be able to interact effectively and professionally with employees and stakeholders at every organizational level.
