Job Description
Zafify is looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage end-to-end Human Resources functions for a fast-growing real estate company based in Noida Sector 135.
The selected candidate will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, employee engagement, performance management, compliance and overall Human Resources administration. The role will support business growth through effective people management and the implementation of structured HR processes.
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment requirements across different departments.
Hire candidates for Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Customer Support, Operations, Site Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management and other corporate roles.
Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, social media platforms and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate different interview rounds between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate salaries with selected candidates and release offer letters.
Maintain recruitment reports and updated hiring trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
HR Operations
Manage employee records and Human Resources documentation accurately.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, increment letters and experience letters.
Maintain attendance records, leave information and HRMS data.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance team.
Ensure accurate and updated management of employee information.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
Manage complete employee onboarding and induction processes.
Ensure smooth joining formalities and collection of all required documentation.
Manage employee resignations, exit interviews, full and final settlements and relieving documentation.
Coordinate the recovery of company assets during employee exits.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Address employee concerns professionally and help resolve workplace issues.
Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Support employee retention initiatives.
Performance Management
Coordinate employee probation reviews and performance appraisal cycles.
Track employee Key Performance Indicators and Key Result Areas.
Support managers in creating and implementing performance improvement plans.
Maintain performance appraisal records and related documentation.
Learning and Development
Identify training requirements across different departments.
Coordinate internal and external employee training programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
HR Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and organizational policies.
Maintain statutory records and Human Resources documentation.
Support internal and external Human Resources audits.
Implement and regularly update Human Resources policies and procedures.
HR Reporting
Prepare recruitment MIS reports, employee headcount reports, attrition reports, attendance reports and Human Resources dashboards.
Analyze Human Resources data and provide suitable recommendations to management.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
An MBA or PGDM specialization in Human Resources will be preferred.
Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Previous experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
Candidates should possess experience in end-to-end recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR compliance, employee engagement and HRMS.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, time-management and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Candidates should be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
