Role Description
This internship opportunity for an HR Generalist in Pharma Recruitment is a remote role that provides practical exposure to Human Resources activities within the pharmaceutical sector.
The selected intern will assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination and maintenance of candidate databases.
The intern will support Human Resources operations, including employee onboarding coordination, documentation and responding to basic employee queries related to benefits and organizational policies.
The role requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and support the selection process.
The intern will update Human Resources records and contribute to process improvements that support a positive, organized and efficient recruitment experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management along with an interest in pharmaceutical recruitment.
Applicants should have an understanding of Human Resources policies and employee benefits and should be willing to learn and apply organizational guidelines.
Basic knowledge of employee benefits administration and related Human Resources processes is required.
Candidates should be currently pursuing or should have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Applicants should be able to work effectively in a remote work environment.
The role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with common Human Resources tools or Applicant Tracking Systems are required.
Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative and handle confidential information responsibly.
