Job Description
Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and referrals, screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions, coordinate interviews with candidates and clients, manage candidate follow-ups and offer closures, build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, coordinate with hiring managers and clients, maintain recruitment trackers/ATS, prepare recruitment reports and achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Eligibility: Candidates with 3+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition are eligible to apply. IT Recruitment experience will be an advantage. Candidates should have strong sourcing and screening skills, good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong candidate management and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines. Employment Type: Full-Time.
