Job Description
The Total Rewards Analyst will be a member of the Central Total Rewards Operational Team and support the administration and analytics of compensation and benefits programs across all regions. This position enables regional Total Rewards teams to focus on strategic priorities and build stronger partnerships with business leaders and Human Resources teams by managing operational and data-driven activities.
The role is essential for improving data consistency, strengthening analytics capabilities and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency in Total Rewards administration worldwide.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain key compensation platforms, including Better Comp, Salary.com, Syndio and the job evaluation tool.
Ensure Workday data integrity and accessibility while providing timely support and updates to regional teams.
Centralize and streamline survey submissions, including regional compensation surveys, salary budget planning and benefits design, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across regions.
Prepare data for ACR budget planning by considering inflation rates, market forecasts and internal compensation data to generate comprehensive insights.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of job profiles to support role standardization and compliance.
Ensure job descriptions remain current, gender-neutral and aligned with consistent job titling practices across regions.
Conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities by deactivating outdated job profiles and resolving identified discrepancies.
Support the annual Management Incentive Plan review process, including data consolidation, report generation and the creation of personalized letters for eligible employees.
Partner with regional teams to confirm data alignment and accuracy throughout the Management Incentive Plan review process.
Provide strong analytics support for compensation and benefits dashboards and tools, including Workday Prism, and contribute insights that support data-informed decision-making.
Prepare quarterly summaries for pay equity analysis and generate reports and proposals for compensation adjustments that fall outside approved ranges.
Create and distribute letters across the Total Rewards function, including communications related to the global Stock Incentive Plan and United States benefits.
Ensure consistency across job profiles and address data discrepancies.
Proactively identify process improvement opportunities within Total Rewards operations.
Propose artificial intelligence or automation solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence and automation solutions.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
The position requires more than 2 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within Total Rewards or another related area of Human Resources.
Candidates should have proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems, including Workday.
Experience with compensation data management tools such as Better Comp is desirable.
The candidate should be able to adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
An excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills is required.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and experience in data auditing, report generation and process improvement initiatives.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams globally are essential.
Knowledge of pay equity analysis and familiarity with artificial intelligence or automation solutions for Human Resources processes will be an advantage.
