Job Description
CIEL HR Services is hiring an Executive HRBP to support warehouse operations across Bhora Kalan, Pataudi, Bilaspur, and Luhari in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle of the blue-collar and contractual workforce within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
About the Role
The Executive HRBP will support warehouse operations through hands-on management of HR Operations, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning, Vendor Management, and HR Compliance. The role requires close coordination with warehouse associates, staffing partners, manpower vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure workforce availability, employee support, compliance, and operational productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee documentation, deployment, attendance management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for warehouse associates and resolve concerns related to attendance, payouts, incentives, shifts, grievances, and workplace issues.
Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building activities to reduce employee attrition and absenteeism.
Coordinate with staffing partners and manpower vendors to ensure timely workforce availability and effective vendor management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, statutory requirements, and workplace safety guidelines.
Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, discipline, and overall performance in coordination with warehouse operations teams.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, headcount trackers, attendance dashboards, attrition reports, and HR analytics.
Support performance management, employee counselling, disciplinary actions, and employee development initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve workforce productivity and employee experience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR Operations and warehouse HR processes.
Eligibility
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP, Warehouse HR, or Plant HR.
Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain, or Quick Commerce industries is required.
Candidates should have hands-on experience managing blue-collar and contractual workforces.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, employee relations, vendor management, and statutory processes is required.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and HR analytics is required.
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.Salary 5.5LPA.
