Job Description
We are hiring an HR Manager for an onsite opportunity in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The organisation is seeking a passionate HR professional who can build high-performing teams, strengthen workplace culture, and support organisational growth in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across multiple departments.
Develop effective hiring strategies and build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce requirements.
Manage employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and employee experience initiatives.
Design and manage performance management systems, key performance indicators, appraisal cycles, and performance improvement processes.
Oversee HR operations, employee records, HRMS data, attendance management, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
Coordinate learning and development programmes, capability-building activities, and leadership development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, organisational policies, and HR procedures.
Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards to support informed business decisions.
Required Skills
The candidate should have strong knowledge of human resources management, recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, HRMS, labour laws, statutory compliance, and workforce planning.
Strong negotiation, communication, employee relations, conflict resolution, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are required.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with experience in startups, D2C, e-commerce, retail, media, consumer brands, or the fashion industry will be preferred.
Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, establishing HR processes, and scaling teams will be an advantage.
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
