StarClinch is looking for a street-smart, logical, and highly adaptable HR Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup ecosystem. The role is responsible for hiring IT and Non-IT talent, building a resilient team culture, and managing employee lifecycle challenges that come with scaling a startup.
The HR Manager will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, identify, attract, and recruit individual contributors who have the potential to become future leaders. The role requires understanding startup hiring challenges where teams are small, dynamic, and continuously evolving, while ensuring candidates are aligned with the companyās culture and growth requirements.
The position involves leveraging AI-powered recruitment tools, predictive analytics for workforce planning, and retention insights to make faster and data-driven HR decisions. Responsibilities include using AI-enabled ATS, resume screening, and candidate matching tools to improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hires.
Key responsibilities include talent management, employee engagement, retention planning, succession planning, workforce planning, and building a strong talent pipeline. The HR Manager will anticipate hiring requirements, manage fast-moving hiring cycles, and use analytics-based insights for better workforce decisions.
The role also includes performance management and culture building by developing a workplace environment that encourages ownership, high performance, and leadership mindset. The HR Manager will support employee feedback initiatives, manage new joiners and exits, and ensure smooth employee transitions without operational disruption.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the startup ecosystem and understand the challenges of scaling organizations. Candidates should have strong negotiation skills, hiring instincts, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage high-pressure recruitment cycles with patience and agility.
The candidate should have knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, payroll and benefits, training and development, employee engagement, and workforce management. Exposure to AI-powered HR tools such as ATS, HRMS, employee engagement platforms, or workforce analytics will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel is required. Knowledge of HRMS and ATS tools is preferred. Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, time management abilities, decision-making aptitude, and flexibility to handle responsibilities beyond traditional HR tasks are required.
Office Timings: 11:30 AM ā 8:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Last Saturday of every month is off)
Regular working hours are 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and candidates should be comfortable with occasional extended working hours up to 8:30 PM to 9 PM based on business requirements.
