Key Responsibilities
Handle end to end recruitment for internal hiring.
Manage leadership hiring and talent mapping activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Conduct headhunting and executive search for critical positions.
Screen candidates and manage offer negotiation.
Prepare recruitment analytics and hiring MIS reports.
Handle induction, documentation, and onboarding activities.
