Job Description
Operating within Food, FMCG, and Manufacturing industries, the Senior Executive – HR & Administration will manage end-to-end factory HR operations, contract labour management, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and plant administration. The role requires a hands-on HR professional with strong exposure to shop-floor workforce management, labour laws, employee relations, and factory administration. Key responsibilities span five main areas. For HR Operations, you will manage recruitment and onboarding for factory employees and contract workforce, maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation, handle time office activities including overtime, shift scheduling, and payroll inputs, support performance management, coordinate training and engagement, and resolve employee grievances to sustain positive shop-floor relations. In Contract Labour and Contractor Management, duties include managing the full lifecycle of contract workers from onboarding to exits, ensuring manpower availability for production, verifying contractor attendance, wage payments, statutory contributions, and invoices, enforcing labour law compliance, managing contractor agreements, and leading periodic compliance audits. For Statutory Compliance, you will ensure full adherence to the Factories Act, Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act, PF and ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and related regulations, while maintaining statutory registers, returns, contractor licenses, coordinating with government authorities and auditors, and ensuring plant audit readiness. Plant Administration covers managing housekeeping, canteen, transportation, security, utilities, safety, hygiene, vendor performance, cost control, and administrative inventory procurement. Employee Welfare and Engagement responsibilities include driving health check-ups, statutory benefits, safety drives, and engagement programs to foster a compliant and safe plant environment. Working schedule is Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (General Shift), with pickup and drop facilities provided from Vasai Station.
