Ajfan International LLP is hiring HR Managers for its Chennai and Hyderabad locations. This is a full-time opportunity for HR professionals with experience in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or Multi-Outlet Operations.
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee processes, statutory compliance, payroll activities, and implementing HR best practices across business locations. The role requires experience in handling large teams, managing multiple outlets, and driving effective HR practices.
Required Qualifications
3ā5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or Multi-Outlet Operations.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
Experience managing large teams and multiple business locations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
