Job Description
Broz Media is hiring a Human Resource Manager for its Paschim Vihar West, Delhi location. The role is responsible for managing complete human resource practices and processes while supporting business needs through employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, advising management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, driving organizational development and change initiatives, managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, designing effective onboarding programs, building employer branding and talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
The role also includes handling employee concerns and grievances, managing disciplinary actions and conflict resolution, overseeing performance appraisal systems, supporting managers with goal setting and development plans, identifying training needs, managing payroll coordination, benefits administration, rewards programs, salary benchmarking, and internal equity.
The HR Manager will also be responsible for planning training programs, supporting leadership development and succession planning, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies, maintaining HR records, HRIS systems, preparing HR metrics and reports, and supporting leadership with data-driven HR insights.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 2 to 3 years of progressive HR experience including leadership exposure. Candidates should have strong knowledge of HR compliances, HR best practices, HR systems, and payroll coordination.
