Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SmartRecruiters Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SmartRecruiters platform. In this role, you will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to deliver scalable recruitment solutions, streamline hiring processes, and ensure successful ATS implementation across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the SmartRecruiters platform. • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations. • Configure requisition workflows, hiring processes, approval workflows, interview stages, and candidate lifecycle management. • Support integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, background verification vendors, job boards, and other third-party applications. • Assist with data migration, report creation, dashboards, and recruitment analytics. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization. • Provide functional guidance and best-practice recommendations to HR and Talent Acquisition teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and system performance. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SmartRecruiters. • Strong understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes. • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology implementations. • Knowledge of system integrations, reporting, dashboards, and data migration activities. • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or similar ATS platforms is an added advantage. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Experience collaborating with global or regional stakeholders. • Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote work environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize recruitment processes using technology. Preferred Candidate • Immediate joiners are preferred. • Candidates with experience implementing SmartRecruiters for enterprise or global organizations will have an advantage. • Professionals passionate about recruitment technology, HR transformation, and process optimization are encouraged to apply.
