Key Responsibilities
Source and screen Information Technology professionals for job opportunities across the United States.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate communication skills.
Coordinate with US clients, consultants, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, and hiring reports.
Learn and use modern recruitment tools, job portals, and Artificial Intelligence powered sourcing platforms.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities while developing expertise in US IT Recruitment.
Candidate Requirements
MBA Freshers or recent MBA graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
Energetic, self-motivated, and career-oriented.
