Wingslide Technologies is hiring a Placement Coordinator to join the growing team in Bangalore. The role involves building professional relationships with companies, coordinating with HR professionals and hiring managers, and helping candidates connect with suitable job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with HR professionals and hiring managers across IT companies.
Source and collect current IT job openings from companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and hiring partners.
Coordinate interviews between companies and shortlisted candidates.
Follow up with candidates and HR teams throughout the hiring process.
Track interview status, feedback, and placement progress.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful candidate placements.
Maintain placement reports and recruitment databases.
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in Placement Coordination, Recruitment Coordination, Business Development, HR, or Talent Acquisition. Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, organizational, and follow-up skills. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers on a daily basis. Immediate joiners and candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate will be preferred.
