Job Description
A high-impact Talent Acquisition & HR Leader is required to help build and scale global B2B SaaS teams through Series A–E growth stages. The role will lead talent acquisition and HR initiatives, with a strong focus on global hiring, GTM functions, senior leadership recruitment, hiring strategy, and building scalable recruitment frameworks. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in GTM hiring and strong experience partnering with founders and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead global Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives for a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS organization.
• Drive end-to-end hiring across global and US markets.
• Lead GTM hiring across Sales, SDR/BDR, Account Executive, Customer Success, Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations functions.
• Manage senior leadership and VP-level hiring, including high-value executive positions.
• Build and maintain scalable TA processes, recruitment frameworks, and hiring structures.
• Partner with founders and senior leadership on organizational planning and hiring strategy.
• Lead and mentor a TA/HR team of 2+ members.
• Develop structured interview processes, scorecards, and competency-based hiring frameworks.
• Establish and monitor recruitment analytics, dashboards, hiring metrics, and ATS processes.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future business growth.
• Drive improvements in candidate experience, hiring efficiency, and recruitment quality.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development during different stages of startup growth.
Eligibility:
• 8+ years of overall Talent Acquisition / HR experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in global B2B SaaS Talent Acquisition.
• Strong US and global hiring experience.
• Deep and proven GTM hiring expertise across Sales, SDR/BDR, AE, Customer Success, Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships, and RevOps.
• Proven experience in VP and senior leadership hiring.
• Must have independently self-sourced and successfully closed at least one position with a compensation level of ₹70 lakh+.
• Experience leading a TA/HR team of 2+ members.
• Strong expertise in ATS, recruitment analytics, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
• Experience building TA processes, frameworks, and hiring structures within scaling startups.
• Strong ability to partner with founders and senior leadership on organizational planning and hiring strategy.
• Hands-on experience with structured interviews, scorecards, and competency-based hiring.
• GTM hiring must be a core strength and should be stronger than Product/Engineering hiring.
• Experience in B2B SaaS businesses primarily selling to the Indian market will not be considered.
