Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and execute bulk hiring drives.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidate profiles based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, roll out offer letters, and manage joining formalities.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and seamless manpower deployment.
Oversee attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and maintain employee records.
Support PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory compliance measures.
Coordinate closely with clients to fulfill dynamic manpower requirements.
Handle employee grievances, drive retention strategies, and manage exit formalities.
Prepare comprehensive recruitment reports and HR MIS dashboards.
Requirements
Key Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant HR experience, with strong preference given to candidates from the manpower staffing or recruitment agency industry.
Core Expertise: Demonstrated strength in bulk hiring and large-scale workforce management.
Core Knowledge & Technical Skills: Working knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), alongside proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-coordination skills.
