Job Description
PMSPL is looking for an experienced Manager ā Human Resources to lead and manage key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance management, learning and development, HR operations, HRIS, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. The role will work closely with the Director ā Human Resources and contribute to building effective people practices and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
⢠Develop and maintain effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational manpower requirements.
⢠Drive performance management processes, including annual appraisals and performance reviews.
⢠Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
⢠Support employee development, career progression, and succession planning.
⢠Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective employee lifecycle management.
⢠Oversee HRIS management and maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
⢠Coordinate payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.
⢠Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.
⢠Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
⢠Support safeguarding initiatives and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
⢠Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
⢠Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
⢠Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure effective delivery of HR services.
⢠Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates as required.
Eligibility:
⢠Master's degree in Human Resources / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
⢠6ā10 years of overall HR experience.
⢠3ā5 years of experience in a supervisory or team-management role.
⢠Experience in the NGO/development sector is preferred.
⢠Strong expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
⢠Hands-on experience in performance management and annual appraisal processes.
⢠Strong knowledge of HR operations, HRIS, and payroll administration.
⢠Good understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
⢠Experience in learning and development, TNA, and succession planning.
⢠Proven leadership and team-management skills.
⢠Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
⢠Passion for employee engagement and building a positive workplace culture.
