Job Description
Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration activities. The role requires an HR professional who can handle end-to-end HR processes and ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, background verification, maintaining employee records, ensuring HR policy compliance, handling PF, ESIC, MLWF documentation, registrations and KYC processes, coordinating payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance activities.
The candidate will also support employee relations, grievance handling, employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisal and feedback processes. Responsibilities include coordinating Mediclaim, insurance, and ESIC claim documentation, maintaining HR MIS, recruitment trackers, employee databases, attrition reports, and organizing employee engagement activities such as birthdays, anniversaries, and festival celebrations.
The preferred candidate should have a Bachelorās Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 2ā4 years of experience in HR Operations. Candidates from Manufacturing companies will be preferred. Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, MLWF, HR documentation, MS Excel, and HR MIS is required.Salary 5LPA.
