Wonderise Realty is hiring an Employee Operations Intern for a Work From Office role near Budigere Cross, Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day Employee Operations activities across Human Resources, Administration, Facility and IT coordination. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, HR databases and documentation, supporting attendance and leave management, employee engagement activities, office administration, facility coordination, vendor follow-ups, IT asset tracking, inventory management, internal process documentation, operational reports and coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Candidates should have completed a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field. Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools and a proactive attitude are essential. The internship provides hands-on exposure across HR, Administration, Facility and IT Operations with an opportunity for absorption into a permanent role based on performance and organizational requirements.
