Job Description:
Sannverse Railtech Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join its Head Office in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll administration, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
ā¢ Handle talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
ā¢ Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
ā¢ Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
ā¢ Coordinate with various departments to address employee-related matters.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
ā¢ Support employee engagement, performance management, and other HR initiatives.
ā¢ Assist in implementing HR best practices and process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
ā¢ 5ā10 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
ā¢ Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.
ā¢ Immediate joiners will be preferred.
