The HR Business Partner will join the India HR team and support identified functions within the India Center of Excellence. This role works closely with regional leadership, business managers, and global stakeholders to implement business strategy from a people perspective. The HRBP will drive the people agenda for the assigned business functions while partnering with global HR specialist teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end employee experience.
The selected candidate will work with regional leaders and managers to define and execute people strategies, proactively identify and resolve employee-related challenges, analyze workforce data to identify people priorities and future workforce needs, and provide guidance on talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning. The HR Business Partner will act as the primary HR contact for employees within assigned functions, offering expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Additional responsibilities include developing HR solutions that support business objectives, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with compliance, legal, finance, facilities, and global HR Centers of Excellence, coaching managers on people-related matters, and driving initiatives related to onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee experience. The role will also partner with internal HR teams to support programs such as DEIB, CSR, and other strategic people initiatives while sharing industry best practices to improve employee experience.
This is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Head of HR APAC and India.
Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification with 7 to 8 years of HR management experience, including a minimum of 5 years in HR Business Partnering. Experience working with technology companies is preferred. Applicants should have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, experience using Workday, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations, and experience working in global or matrix organizations. Background verification is required as part of the hiring process.
