Minfy is looking for an experienced Sr. International Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition across global markets. The role focuses on hiring for Malaysia, the United States, and Australia & New Zealand regions while partnering with business leaders to deliver quality talent. The company operates in the Cloud Consulting and Information Technology services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for international hiring requirements. Source and attract high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, talent databases, and innovative sourcing strategies. Build strong talent pipelines for niche and volume hiring requirements. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple geographies. Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions. Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated with international hiring trends, employment practices, and market intelligence across Malaysia, the United States, and Australia & New Zealand.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in international recruitment. Hands-on experience recruiting for Malaysia, the United States, and Australia & New Zealand is mandatory. Strong expertise in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, X-Ray Search, Boolean Search, professional networking, employee referrals, and talent databases. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in recruitment reporting and Microsoft Excel. Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working from the office five days a week and collaborating with global stakeholders across different time zones.
