Required Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Preferred:
Experience in the Construction, Flooring, or Infrastructure industry.
Exposure to handling migrant labour.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
Coordinate performance appraisal and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Organize employee engagement and wellness programs.
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
2 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
