Job Description
DreamJobs is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join an integrated advertising agency in South Delhi. The role will involve managing core HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, employee engagement, and coordination with business stakeholders. Candidates with prior agency-side HR experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
ā¢ Handle recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
ā¢ Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
ā¢ Coordinate attendance, leave, and other employee-related processes.
ā¢ Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
ā¢ Drive employee engagement and workplace culture activities.
ā¢ Handle employee queries and support resolution of HR-related concerns.
ā¢ Assist with HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
ā¢ Coordinate with managers and business teams on HR-related matters.
ā¢ Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management updates.
ā¢ Support payroll inputs and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
ā¢ Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and employee experience.
ā¢ Ensure smooth delivery of HR services across the organization.
Eligibility:
ā¢ 3ā4 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
ā¢ Agency-side HR experience is preferred.
ā¢ Good understanding of core HR and employee lifecycle processes.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Good employee-handling and stakeholder-management abilities.
ā¢ Strong organizational and coordination skills.
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple HR activities effectively.
ā¢ Good knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and processes.
ā¢ Proactive, people-oriented, and result-focused approach.
