Bootup Nexware is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join the growing team in Pune. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and building a strong talent pipeline for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to selection.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the recruitment process.
Basic knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles is preferred.
Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should be a fresher to 2 years experienced professional with a BBA, MBA in HR, or any relevant Graduate/Postgraduate qualification. Candidates interested in starting or building their career in Technical Recruitment and Talent Acquisition can apply.
