Maxlence Consulting is an IT Services and IT Consulting company with a team of approximately 11 to 50 employees. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our People & Culture team. Candidates with prior experience in the IT and Digital Marketing industry will be preferred.
The role involves managing end to end recruitment for IT and Digital Marketing roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals, screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers, managing offer rollouts, salary discussions and candidate follow ups, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process and assisting in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
The HR Operations responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and documentation, maintaining employee records and HRMS data accurately, handling attendance and leave management processes, assisting with payroll inputs and monthly HR reports, coordinating employee engagement initiatives and activities, supporting performance management and probation confirmation processes, ensuring compliance with company HR policies and procedures, resolving employee queries related to HR operations and policies, conducting induction sessions for new hires and maintaining HR trackers and MIS reports.
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience with prior exposure to IT or Digital Marketing recruitment preferred. Strong understanding of HR recruitment and operations processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and HRMS tools, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and strong organizational and coordination skills are required.
Preferred skills include experience hiring for technical and digital marketing roles, knowledge of employee lifecycle management, familiarity with Naukri and LinkedIn job portals, strong stakeholder management skills and a detail oriented problem solving mindset. The ideal candidate should be self driven, accountable, possess strong ownership and execution capabilities, have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and be able to work independently in an on site environment. This is a full time on site opportunity based in Gurgaon with a salary of up to 25,000 per month depending on experience and skills. Immediate joiners are preferred.
