Job Description
Four Seasons is hiring a People & Culture Manager for Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE. Four Seasons operates in the luxury hospitality and hotel industry with more than 50,000 employees globally. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for leading recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, benefits administration, HR operations, and compliance initiatives to support business objectives and deliver an exceptional employee experience. The selected candidate will partner with department leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include leading recruitment activities and assuming recruitment responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Human Resources, supervising, training, and coaching the People & Culture team, ensuring compliance with staffing procedures, maintaining employee personnel files, monitoring job requisitions, preparing monthly HR reports using Workday including turnover reports, promotions, new hires, salary comparisons, accidents, injuries, and sick leave reports, administering apprenticeship and internship programs, participating in job fairs and campus recruitment initiatives, maintaining the internal and external job posting system, administering employee medical and insurance benefits, managing employee additions and deletions for insurance providers, supporting annual benefits budgeting, maintaining statutory records under the Shops and Establishments Act, Employee Provident Fund Act, Employee State Insurance Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, and other applicable labour laws, providing guidance to managers on people-related matters, driving employee engagement initiatives, and acting as the People & Culture lead in the absence of the Director of People & Culture.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field with 8 to 9 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury hotels, or customer-focused organisations. Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, employment legislation, HR operations, Workday or similar HR systems, leadership, stakeholder management, and HR best practices is required. Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
