Job Description:
We are looking for an HR professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and people-focused initiatives while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, including US IT staffing requirements
• Handle onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and daily HR operations
• Manage HRMS, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR documentation
• Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, retention initiatives, and workplace culture
• Support performance management, learning & development, and employee-focused initiatives
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to support organizational growth
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Knowledge of HRMS, payroll processes, statutory compliance, labour laws, and HR policies
• Experience in IT hiring; exposure to US Staffing recruitment will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
