MSL, Publicis Groupe is looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to lead end-to-end HR operations across India. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, payroll, HR compliance, HR analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Job Description:
Lead end-to-end HR Operations activities across the organization.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and exits.
Handle payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
Manage HRMS operations, employee records, and HR documentation.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and employee relations activities.
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights using advanced Excel.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
Preferred Candidate:
6+ years of experience in HR Operations.
Strong expertise in employee lifecycle management, payroll, HRMS, and compliance.
Advanced Excel skills with experience in HR reporting and data analysis.
Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Advertising industry experience will be preferred.
