Job Description
Recruise India is hiring a senior People Success Partner (HRBP) for a leading global management consulting firm that partners with enterprises to design, build, scale, and operate Global Capability Centres (GCCs). The role will own people strategy and execution for a large, high-velocity operations environment and partner closely with senior business leaders.
The ideal candidate should have strong strategic HR leadership experience, exposure to large-scale service delivery environments, and the ability to influence senior leadership while driving people strategy, culture, talent, analytics, performance, compensation, employee relations, and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the people strategy for a large-scale, high-volume operations environment.
• Partner closely with senior business leaders and CXO stakeholders on strategic people priorities.
• Drive people experience, employee engagement, organizational culture, and retention initiatives.
• Develop and implement talent management and workforce strategies.
• Drive performance management, learning, capability development, and succession planning.
• Leverage HR analytics and people data to support business and workforce decisions.
• Develop and support compensation strategies aligned with business and talent requirements.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and regulations.
• Lead and support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and business growth requirements.
• Identify people-related trends and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Support GCC advisory and people transformation initiatives where applicable.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and business stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions.
• Build a high-performance, inclusive, and employee-focused organizational culture.
• Ensure strong execution and governance of HR processes across large employee populations.
Eligibility:
• 13–20 years of progressive HR / HR Business Partnering experience.
• Strong experience in strategic HR leadership roles.
• Proven experience in large-scale, high-volume service delivery or operations environments.
• Experience managing or partnering with employee populations of 1,000+.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership / CXO stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in people strategy, talent management, culture, and organizational transformation.
• Strong HR analytics and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in performance management, learning, and capability development.
• Strong understanding of compensation strategy, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Experience with GCC advisory, AI transformation, or consulting is preferred.
• Big 4, Accenture, or similar consulting backgrounds are preferred.
• Strategic, consultative, and client-focused mindset.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
