First Connect Human Capital Services is hiring Global Talent Acquisition Specialist for Wanwadi, Pune location. This is a work from office opportunity for candidates passionate about connecting top technology talent with exciting career opportunities. The role involves supporting IT, FinTech, BFSI and APAC hiring requirements.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, handling permanent and contract hiring across multiple IT domains, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals and networking. Responsibilities include screening resumes, coordinating interviews, negotiating salaries, rolling out offers, building talent pipelines, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, tracking recruitment KPIs and ensuring timely closures. The role also includes supporting hiring across PAN India and APAC geographies.
Required skills include 0–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, sourcing experience through LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals, exposure to contract and permanent hiring, experience hiring for IT Services, Product Companies, BFSI, FinTech or niche technologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills are required. APAC hiring exposure will be an added advantage.
