Elevate is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the growing team in Bangalore. The role focuses on building a great employee experience, driving employee engagement, improving retention, and supporting a high-performing workplace culture
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to understand concerns and improve employee experience.
Drive employee retention initiatives and support the development of a high-performing culture.
Own and conduct exit interviews, identify trends, and recommend actionable retention strategies.
Effectively manage and support a remote workforce while ensuring strong communication and engagement.
Act as a trusted HR advisor for managers and employees across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The role requires experience in employee relations, engagement, retention, performance discussions, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
