Job Description
Ancile Digital is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The role will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and pipeline development for engineering and product roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical recruitment within a staffing environment, with exposure to Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and FTE hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Source active and passive candidates for software engineering, QA, product management, data analytics, and other technical positions.
ā¢ Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, specialized technology job boards, and other sourcing channels.
ā¢ Review and screen resumes against specific technical job requirements.
ā¢ Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess communication, cultural fit, compensation expectations, availability, and basic technical alignment.
ā¢ Coordinate technical interviews, coding assessments, and panel discussions while keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
ā¢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment pipelines in the ATS.
ā¢ Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and upcoming technical requirements.
ā¢ Conduct market research, target-company mapping, and analysis of technology hiring trends.
ā¢ Manage candidate follow-ups effectively across multiple open positions.
ā¢ Coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely hiring.
ā¢ Drive candidates through the recruitment lifecycle and support successful offer closure and joining.
ā¢ Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility:
ā¢ 6 monthsā2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within a staffing agency.
ā¢ Candidates with 6 months of internship experience in technical recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and FTE staffing models.
ā¢ Basic understanding of modern technology stacks, including Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, AWS, and Azure.
ā¢ Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
ā¢ Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
ā¢ Experience working with modern ATS platforms is preferred.
ā¢ Proven ability to close entry-level, mid-level, and senior IT/Engineering positions is an advantage.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
ā¢ Ability to work from office and join immediately.
