Job Description
Bootup Nexware is hiring a Technical Recruiter to join its growing team in Pune. The company operates in the technology sector. The role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have an interest in technical recruitment. Candidates should have knowledge of the recruitment process and basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates based on job requirements, conducting initial HR screening calls, interview coordination, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, building talent pipelines, and coordinating with internal teams to understand hiring requirements. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
