Unity Bank is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment to join its team in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing bulk hiring requirements, sourcing candidates for various banking roles, coordinating interviews, handling offer negotiations, and partnering with stakeholders to fulfil business hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for banking roles.
Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
Source candidates for Credit, Gold Loan, Relationship Manager, Relationship Officer, Loan Against Property, Working Capital, and Social Infrastructure roles.
Develop strong understanding of banking products and hiring requirements.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support offer negotiations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
Maintain recruitment data and reports using MS Excel.
Required Skills & Experience:
3ā4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in bulk hiring and banking recruitment.
Strong sourcing experience for banking and financial services roles.
Good knowledge of banking products and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
