The organisation is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is eager to learn and build a career in recruitment. The role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes including candidate sourcing, resume screening, HR calls, interview coordination, recruitment tracking, and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Eligibility:
Freshers and students currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace is preferred.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in Talent Acquisition.
