Experience: 5+ Years (Preferred 6-8 years overall HR experience)
Salary Budget: 5 - 9 LPA
Industry Preference: Startup background preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and process-oriented HR Operations Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HR documentation, HR policies, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, the ability to establish efficient systems and controls, and experience managing HR operations for a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit formalities.
2. Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave administration, and HR documentation.
3. Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain structured HR policies and operational workflows.
5. Handle HR MIS reporting, maintain HRMS platforms, and manage accurate employee databases.
6. Address employee inquiries and foster positive employee relations across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of relevant HR operations experience (6-8 years overall), ideally within a startup environment.
3. Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll procedures, and compliance standards.
4. Proficiency in HR MIS, Excel-based reporting, and HRMS platforms.
5. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee data and sensitive information.
7. Capability to work independently and establish structured processes in a rapidly growing company.
