Smart Resources & Services is hiring an HR Manager for its client, a leading Automotive Manufacturing company located in Doddaballapura, Bangalore. The role is responsible for establishing and implementing robust HR systems and processes across the plant while driving employee engagement, talent development, compliance, and operational excellence.
Reporting To: Head of Plant
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement effective HR systems and processes across the plant.
Streamline and standardize HR operations, policies, and procedures.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
Strengthen recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention processes.
Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labour laws.
Develop HR policies, SOPs, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
Partner with plant leadership to build a high-performance work culture.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
Support organisational growth through effective HR strategies and workforce management.
Desired Profile:
7ā10 years of HR experience, preferably in the Automotive Manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in setting up and improving HR systems and processes in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to drive change and deliver results.
