Bijlee Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at its Delhi office. The company operates in the Construction, EPC and Infrastructure sector. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of HR experience preferably in the Construction, Infrastructure, EPC or MEP industry. The role includes managing end to end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection and onboarding. The selected candidate will prepare offer letters, appointment letters, joining formalities and employee induction, maintain employee records, attendance, leave management and HR documentation, coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, PF, ESI, labour compliance and statutory documentation, collaborate with project sites to fulfil manpower requirements and employee deployment, maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases, address employee queries, support employee engagement and retention initiatives, ensure compliance with company HR policies, labour laws and statutory regulations and manage employee exit formalities and full and final settlement documentation. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, hands on experience with Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn, strong knowledge of attendance management, payroll coordination, PF, ESI, labour laws, statutory compliance, challans, HR documentation and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook.
